What happens after I pass the Evaluation Account?

Once you pass the Evaluation Account stage, your Trade Report needs to be updated to reflect your success. This update occurs daily between 5–6 PM CT, Monday through Friday.

Please note: Trade Reports are not updated on weekends when the markets are closed.

How Will I Know I’ve Passed the Evaluation Account?

If you've recently passed an Evaluation Account, you’ll be notified in two ways:

  1. Email Notification
    You’ll receive an email from Tradentry after 6 PM CT with the subject line: "Congrats on Passing! Let’s Get Your Funded Account Started".
  2. Trade Report Update
    The Trade Report of your passed Evaluation Account will display a button on the right-hand side that says: “Start Sim Funded Account!”.

Ready to Activate Your Sim Funded Account?

Once you've been notified that you’ve passed the Evaluation Account, it’s time to begin the Sim Funded Account activation process.

Note: If you pass your Evaluation Account on a Friday, you can pay the Activation Fee right away. However, your new Funded Account won’t appear on your Dashboard or be accessible in your trading platform until the markets reopen at 5 PM CT on Sunday.

When Will I Receive My Funded Trader Certificate?

You’ll receive your Funded Trader Certificate approximately two business days after passing your first Evaluation Account.

Please note: The certificate is sent only once, after your first successful evaluation.

How can I confirm that I passed?

You can confirm that you’ve passed the Evaluation Account in one of the following ways:

  1. Check Your Trade Report
    Reports are updated Monday through Friday between 5–6 PM CT. If you passed, your report will reflect it.
  2. Watch for a Confirmation Email
    You’ll receive an email from Tradentry with the subject: “Congrats on Passing! Let’s Get Your Funded Account Started”.

Please note: Confirmation that you've passed your Evaluation Account comes directly from your Trade Report. The Trader Support Team is unable to confirm intraday results, so you’ll need to wait for the official update, which occurs between 5–6 PM CT, Monday through Friday.
