How do I change or remove the credit card on file?

Updating Your Credit Card
- Go to the Billing section of your dashboard.
- Click “Link New Card” and enter the required card information.
- After linking the new card, go to the Active Accounts section and click the red “Select Method” box.
- Choose your new card and click “Change Payment Method.”
- Once updated, you'll see a message confirming: “Payment method has been successfully changed.”
You're all set!
Removing a Credit Card
- Go to My Profile > Billing.
- Click the card you wish to remove, then choose:
- Edit → Remove Card → Continue.
- The card will disappear from your dashboard.
⚠️ Note: You must have at least one active card on file for any active Evaluation accounts.
Changing the Expiration Date on a Card
Unfortunately, you can't directly edit the expiration date. Here's what to do:
If you only have one card on file:
- Add a second (placeholder) credit card.
- Switch the active payment method to the placeholder card.
- Delete the old card.
- Add the new card with the updated expiration date.
- Switch the payment method back to your preferred card.
If you already have multiple cards:
- Switch your payment method to a different card.
- Add the updated card with the new expiration date.
- Switch back to the newly updated card.
