How do I change or remove the credit card on file?

Updating Your Credit Card

  1. Go to the Billing section of your dashboard.
  2. Click “Link New Card” and enter the required card information.
  3. After linking the new card, go to the Active Accounts section and click the red “Select Method” box.
  4. Choose your new card and click “Change Payment Method.”
  5. Once updated, you'll see a message confirming: “Payment method has been successfully changed.”

You're all set!

Removing a Credit Card

  1. Go to My Profile > Billing.
  2. Click the card you wish to remove, then choose:
    • EditRemove CardContinue.
  3. The card will disappear from your dashboard.

⚠️ Note: You must have at least one active card on file for any active Evaluation accounts.

Changing the Expiration Date on a Card

Unfortunately, you can't directly edit the expiration date. Here's what to do:

If you only have one card on file:

  1. Add a second (placeholder) credit card.
  2. Switch the active payment method to the placeholder card.
  3. Delete the old card.
  4. Add the new card with the updated expiration date.
  5. Switch the payment method back to your preferred card.

If you already have multiple cards:

  1. Switch your payment method to a different card.
  2. Add the updated card with the new expiration date.
  3. Switch back to the newly updated card.
