My Account Status is “DUE” — What Does That Mean?

If your account status shows “DUE”, it means a payment is required on your Active Evaluation Account®.
Your account is temporarily suspended until payment is made.
⚠️ Important: You have 6 days to update your billing information and make a payment. If no action is taken, your account will be closed.
How to Make a Payment
- Go to My Profile → Billing → Make a Payment.
- Choose an existing payment method or enter a new card.
- Ensure that all billing details, including the ZIP code, are correct.
- Submit your payment to restore access.
