How to Close Your Evaluation Account® Immediately?

If you'd prefer to end your Evaluation Account® right away rather than at the end of your billing cycle, follow the same steps as a regular cancellation:
- Go to Dashboard → My Profile → Billing.
- Hover over the active account you'd like to close.
- Click the three vertical dots on the right.
- Select “Cancel & Close Immediately.”
This will immediately close the Evaluation Account, remove it from your Dashboard, and cancel your subscription.
Important Notes About Canceling Your Evaluation Account®
- Selecting “Cancel Subscription” will not prevent you from using the Reset feature. You can still reset a canceled Evaluation Account until the end of your billing cycle, when the account officially closes.
- After canceling, you'll see a confirmation screen showing the final day your account will remain open.
- Canceled subscriptions are not eligible for the Reset-at-Rebill benefit.
