How to Cancel Your Membership to Evaluation Account®

If you’d like to cancel your Evaluation Account® at the end of your current billing period, follow these steps:
- Go to Dashboard → My Profile → Billing.
- Hover over the active account you want to cancel.
- Click the three vertical dots on the right-hand side.
- Select “Cancel Subscription”.
- Choose your reason for cancellation.
You'll see a confirmation screen showing the last active day of your account. After that, you're all set!
Want to Close Your Evaluation Account® Immediately?
If you'd prefer to end your Evaluation Account® right away rather than at the end of your billing cycle, follow the same steps as a regular cancellation:
- Go to Dashboard → My Profile → Billing.
- Hover over the active account you'd like to close.
- Click the three vertical dots on the right.
- Select “Cancel & Close Immediately.”
This will immediately close the Evaluation Account, remove it from your Dashboard, and cancel your subscription.
